Known for her practical, people‑centered approach, Andrea translates complex HR challenges into clear, actionable solutions that strengthen leadership and support sustainable growth. She lives in Edgewood with her husband and their rescue dog and is a proud mom to a daughter graduating from Pratt Institute with a degree in Architecture.
