Welcome to Wake Up Table Talk, our re-vamped Wake Up offering to adhere to Healthy Washington Guidance, for those who are comfortable participating. Included is an educational element in the form of bite-sized takeaways to help your business: One member each week will take the floor for 10 minutes to share their expertise on a specific topic.

• Parking is available on the Deer Ridge property, including behind the facility. If lots are full, you're welcome to park at the YMCA or the fire station. 
• Please enter through the main entrance. 
• Masks are to be worn, and your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
• Please wear masks unless you are seated, drinking coffee or eating.
