The 1st Saturday of each month you'll see the cars lining 156th, the other weeks they'll be in the front lot. If you own a classic car feel free to show up and you will see a volunteer who can get you registered. By participating in our weekly Saturday Cruz-Ins June through September, 2016 you are agreeing to our Hold Harmless: User and Owner agree to the following: User will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and the following entities: Meridian Sunrise Village L.L.C. its Owner, U.S. Bank National Association its Lender, Investco Financial Corporation its Manager andTarragon Property Services L.L.C. its Managing agent, and Target its Anchor Tenant from any and all claims, injuries, property damage, actions and judgments, including cost of defense and attorney?s fees incurred in defending against same, arising from and related to User?s services or use of the premises located at Meridian Sunrise Village. User?s actions include the actions of User?s agents and employees. In the event any claim or suit is brought against the Owner within the scope of this Agreement, user shall pay for legal counsel chosen by Owner to defend against the same.
