Speakers:

• Aaron Donaldson of Cornerstone Benefits Consulting Group: The mental, physical, and financial health of your staff directly impact the efficiency of your organization. Increasingly, employees are looking toward their employers for support in those areas. If you're a business owner, you have an opportunity to provide those competitive benefits to your staff, and Aaron will present a variety of tools and resources to help you do just that. If you're an employee, you can use these resources to your benefit and share them with your employer.
• Anne Corley, a registered dietitian and life coach with MultiCare Center for Weight Loss & Wellness, will give tips on how to eat healthy even with our busy schedules. Packing a healthy lunch is always your best bet, and she has some great ideas to help you do just that. Did you forget to pack your lunch or run out of time? Not to worry, Anne will also give us some guidelines for finding healthy take out lunches, as well as a healthy snack list.
• Brad Swartz, founder of Fitness Quest, has a goal of getting members in the best shape of their lives and to promote healthy habits both inside the gym and out. He will talk about their tried-and-true approach to fitness.
• Chery Taylor with Meridian Ave Massage will provide an overview of all of the benefits of massage therapy, and on-site chair massages will be available.
